  1. If I am shortlisted, how will I be notified? You will be notified by phone and email 24 hours after the shortlist has been identified.
  2. When do submissions open? Monday, 31st October.
  3. How does the voting process work? The public votes on our website after the shortlist has been announced. Voting opens on Monday, 7th November.
  4. What are the submission guidelines?
    • The Renovation must be completed within the last 12 months.
    • Last year’s submissions are not eligible to be resubmitted.
    • Before and after images must be supplied.
    • A list of trades and suppliers used must be submitted.
  5. How many times can I enter? One entry per category.
  6. How many times can I vote? One vote per person.
  7. How do I know if my renovation is eligible? The renovation must have been completed in the past 12 months.
