After the submission are closed, our team will establish a shortlist which will be published on Monday, 7th November. The public will have the opportunity to vote on their favourite renovations with the winners announced at the Finale Event hosted by LOCATIONS estate agents.

- 19th September – Soft Launch
- 31st October – Official Launch and Submissions Open
- 4th November – Submissions Close
- 7th November – Publish Shortlist and Voting Opens
- 11th November – Voting Closes
- 14th November – Finale Event
